TPS Mainboards (Tibbo Project PCBs)

A Tibbo Project PCB is the foundation of your Tibbo Project System. Each board carries a CPU, an Ethernet port, memory, LEDs, and multiple sockets for Tibbits.

TPPs come in two flavors. TPP2 and TPP3 boards run our own super-compact, agile OS called Tibbo OS (TiOS). TiOS applications are developed in Tibbo BASIC and Tibbo C, using a software called Tibbo IDE (TIDE).

The LTPP3 board runs Linux and can be utilized and programmed in a multitude of ways: You can execute Tibbo BASIC and C applications by running our LTiOS app (TiOS runtime for Linux). You can also use Node.js — we have developed a number of Node.js modules for accessing the board's hardware resources and installed Tibbit blocks. Finally, you can use traditional programming languages, such as C.

Size 2 Tibbo Project PCB, Gen 2

The TPP2(G2) is perfect for systems with a medium number of I/O lines. Since the board can control a TFT display and a keypad, it is suitable for applications requiring a human-machine interface (HMI).

The board is an improved version of our original TPP2 device. Compared to the TPP2, the new TPP2(G2) boasts a much higher performance, as well as larger flash and RAM.

The TPP2(G2) board is supported by AppBlocks, a flowchart-based, no-code, in-browser application development platform.

Size 3 Tibbo Project PCB, Gen 2

The TPP3(G2) is ideal for applications requiring no human-machine interface while calling for a significant number of I/O lines and functions.

The board is an improved version of our original TPP3 device. Compared to the TPP3, the new TPP3(G2) boasts a much higher performance, as well as larger flash and RAM.

The TPP3(G2) board is supported by AppBlocks, a flowchart-based, no-code, in-browser application development platform.

Size 3 Linux Tibbo Project PCB, Gen. 2

LTPP3(G2) is a superior upgrade to our original LTPP3 device. The board is based on the quad-core 1GHz Cortex-A7 Plus1 (SP7021) chip and features important improvements such as dual Ethernet and USB ports, HDMI output, and uSD slot.

The board is available with two Linux distributions — a Yocto-based distro for mass deployment and production, as well as an Ubuntu-based distro for end-user applications and rapid prototyping.

The LTPP3G2-01 and LTPP3WG2-01 versions have been discontinued. Please consider buying the LTPP3G2-02, LTPP3G2-03, or LTPP3WG2-03 instead.
