Tibbo will accept returns for refund within 14 days from delivery of the product. After we confirm that the product returned is in good working order and bears no signs of unusual wear we will issue a full refund covering the product price and the delivery fee that you paid to Tibbo. You, the Customer, will bear the cost of returning the product to Tibbo.
The refund may take up to one month from the moment the returned goods reach our office. Send a message to email@example.com with information about why you'd like to return your product and we'll help you get the return process started.
This Return and Refund Policy applies only to purchases made online at our web store (http://tibbo.com/store.html), at prices published in our web store, and by Customers who are not appointed as our Distributors. The Policy DOES NOT cover purchases arranged through our Sales personnel via email, fax, Skype, telephone, or any other means. The Policy also DOES NOT cover purchases, on which discounts were obtained after communicating with our Sales personnel. Finally, the Policy DOES NOT cover purchases by our Distributors.
