Question: I downloaded one of your CHM files but I can't view it! Windows gives me some sort of a security warning. Is your file broken?
Answer: The file is not broken – it's a Windows security policy.
To fix it:
Navigate to the folder that you have saved the CHM file
Right click and select “Properties”
Under the General Tab, at the bottom you will see Security and descriptions
Click the “Unblock” button to gain access to the content of the CHM file
Please note that this only enables the file that you have performed the above adjustment to and does not affect other blocked CHM files on your computer.
