What a dynamic year 2010 is shaping up to be!

Barely one month into 2010, we are already making our first major release of the year. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the DS10xx line of BASIC-programmable industrial controllers.

Technically speaking, the DS10xx family is not entirely new. Many of you know the DS1000, which offers four serial ports in a stylish, ruggedized housing. You also heard snippets of information regarding "several other devices" that were to come.

Well, these "other" devices are here and now the DS10xx family really does merit the title "family".


With its five distinct devices, the DS10xx family delivers on our vision of rugged, aesthetically pleasing controllers which grant you ultimate flexibility, both in software and hardware:

On the software side, our Tibbo BASIC programming language and Tibbo IDE deliver a powerful, yet easy-to-learn programming platform that is infinitely more flexible than the dumb ladder logic of PLCs.

In hardware, the extruded-profile aluminum housing and a split PCB layout allow you to quickly create customized hardware solutions. Need something special? Design your own I/O PCB, and write your own custom code. Need to get it done even faster? Let us do it for you!

This is just the beginning; we will soon be using this space to announce more DS10xx releases and other products. Keep an eye out for them, and have a successful 2010!
